If your child has any specific needs, health concerns, physical disabilities, or allergies, please notify the Camp Director and the counselors as soon as possible.  Your openness regarding your child’s specific needs will enhance our ability to facilitate their integration into the group and participation in the various activities.  Our staff has experience working with children who might require some additional encouragement in a particular area.  Please let us know if your child has any food allergies, if there are any snacks your child may not consume, or if there are any medications your child is taking.

The safety and well-being of your children are our top priority.  Accordingly, the proper behavior of all children is essential to ensure that the program runs smoothly.  If a child misbehaves in a way our staff feels is a safety risk for the child or others, the counselor will separate the child from the situation.  If the behavior does not improve, the staff member will escalate the issue to the Camp Director for further action.

Children 5+ years old may participate in exciting field trips off the hotel grounds.  Ram Camp will provide transportation. The fee for the off-site Chol Hamoed activities will be charged directly to your room account. The trips are entirely optional; however, due to our commitment to safety, these trips demand that we utilize most of our staff. Nevertheless, there will still be camp activities at the hotel during these trips. Trips will happen in the mornings, and children will return to the hotel for lunch (unless indicated otherwise in the schedule).  Registration is the time to sign up for exciting trips. After registration, trips will be open on a first-come, first-served basis as space permits. Please note that some trips require that a waiver be signed for your child to participate, and failure to do so will, unfortunately, prohibit your child from participating. All waivers MUST be filled out online before the trip departure.

REMINDER - Except where noted - off-site trips will meet at the regular camp-designated rooms. This will allow us to load the buses and allow maximum time at the offsite trip locations. Due to scheduling constraints, no buses can wait for children. Please do not allow your child to board any bus before the bus counselor checks them in for that day.

Our camp and staff do not take children to the swimming pools due to safety concerns. Of course, parents are welcome to do so at any time.

In addition to the off-site trips on Chol Hamoed, our camp activities will have many planned programs on the resort grounds.  These include sports, entertainers, animal activities, and arts and crafts.  We have procured several exciting activities for the children, and we look forward to everyone’s participation in these great activities.

Camp Registration will take place Tuesday, April 4, 6:30-8:00 at dinner and on Wednesday, April 5, 12:30-2:00, during lunch.  You can also register yourself online.
